Our guesthouse is not suitable for children under the age of 15.

We welcome our guests from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. For an arrival after 6.30 pm, please let us know. The room must be vacated before 11.00 am on the day of departure.

Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 unless otherwise requested.

Booking terms and conditions :

Reservation: validation: A reservation will become effective upon receipt of a deposit.

Reservation : deposit : 30 % of the stay. In case of reservation on a third party site (Booking, Expedia, Hotels.com, Gîtes de France...) the totality of the stay is immediately due.

Methods of payment : By cheque (only on a French bank), holiday vouchers, bank transfer, cash or CB (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express).

Booking : Cancellation - Cancellation of a booking will only become effective after confirmation by e-mail that it has been taken into account by the Closerie de Sarlat.
More than 30 days before the stay, the deposit is fully refunded.

Any cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the booked stay will result in the retention of the deposit paid. Less than 24 hours before the beginning of the stay, the totality of the stay is due.
Interruption of the stay : In case of interruption of the stay in progress, 100% of the amount of the remaining stay will be due and invoiced.

Our small four-legged companions are accepted only in garden level rooms. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Supplement of 10€ per night

A free parking lot is at your disposal. On request and subject to availability, a covered parking space can be provided.
